A query entered in a search box is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the terms and supplies its results. Page County Criminal History does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.

No Criminal-Record Data on File
Page County Criminal History does not maintain, compile, or sell a database of personal criminal records. It publishes general directions to Page County Sheriff records, Iowa District Court files, Iowa Department of Public Safety Division of Criminal Investigation checks, the Iowa Department of Corrections, and the Iowa Sex Offender Registry. Access to official public records is governed by Iowa Code chapter 22, while dissemination of Iowa criminal-history data is governed by chapter 692. Visitor data are not assembled into consumer reports. The website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power search boxes on the website. Their privacy policies govern information submitted through those tools, including retention and disclosure. Page County Criminal History does not set or control those practices, so visitors should read the provider's policy before running a query.
